Return Policy

Last update 02/28/2022:

No merchandise may be returned for any reason without Super Bell Jewelry's (hereafter known as "SBJ") prior written approval, and without the receipt of a return merchandise authorization number from SBJ. SBJ will not accept the return of (a) altered, sized or damaged merchandise, or (b) merchandise for a cash refund, or any credit other than a credit against future purchases. All returns shall be delivered or shipped prepaid to SBJ's principal place of business in the original packaging and condition, together with the invoice. SBJ does not provide any prepaid return label.

Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee may be assessed. An RMA is valid for 5 days.

SBJ monitors return activity and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances. All returns or exchanges are subject to validation and approval at SBJ's discretion. SBJ reserves the right to deny any return. 

 

Return on damaged or manufacturer defects: 7 business day return (for credit only)

Return on stock purchases: 30 business day return (for credit only)

Return on backorder purchases: Subject to return denial or restocking fee

 

Your Customer Service Representative may authorize a credit under special circumstances if the item is in sellable condition, returned in the original packaging, and reported within 7 business days. Please note that any credit issued in this situation will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. All returns shall be delivered or shipped to SBJ’s principal place of business together with the original invoice. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in sellable condition and in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited for future purchases. 

 

Once SBJ receives the returned merchandise with an approved RMA, SBJ will inspect the physical jewelry and has the right to reject any return that does not meet our conditions.

 

Please allow up to 10 business days for a return to be processed. All returns will be processed as a Credit Memo that can be applied to a future purchase. Please note that SBJ will not automatically apply a Credit to an order and will only apply a Credit as instructed. If you would like to apply a credit to an order, please notify your Customer Service rep before shipment.

 

To return or repair an item, please contact our CS department to get an RA #. All returns/repairs must have an approved RA#. SBJ has the right to reject any packages without RA# labeled on the package.
